offers 5 different kinds of classes:
Thursdays
An evening of cooking designed around a specific Culinary
Cuisine or Culture. Dinner includes three courses with wines
and Starters
Sundays
A highly specific 2 hour demo class dealing in depth with
one cuisine, dish, technique or culinary skill. (Example:
Fish , everything you need to select, purchase and cook Fish
including recipes, Q and A, Cookbook recipes and tastings)

Social network while cooking with good and new friends Our
staff does the hard stuff like shopping, planning and even
the dishes for this stylish class. Instructions, luscious
gourmet menus with written recipes, farm fresh ingredients,
wine and cheese pairings are the hallmark of this fun social
evening. Class culminates with a family-style dinner. Classes
are limited to 12.
*Boot Camp: for beginners
Boot Camp Two: Ramp up your skills with world sauces
and a French Classic Challenge.
Baking Boot Camp: (usually scheduled in the Fall) Learn
pie dough from scratch, class also includes, scones, quick
bread, tarts and even a soufflé.
