I am a Home Cook with a Passion for fine home dining.

I have been cooking and studying foods for almost thirty years (having started at age eight). Five years ago, giving in to requests for classes, OLD TOWN COOKING SCHOOL ("OTCS") was created to teach - and to learn from - other home cooks and foodies, just like us.

OTCS is dedicated to using the best ingredients and to making meals interesting as well as nutritious. Providing the students with the best teachers in the business, OTCS will "shout out" worthy discoveries, and fight for the preservation of classics in the world of food. Paid endorsements of any kind are not accepted, so OTCS can freely share our experiences, discoveries and insights in a straightforward way with the students.
