DEMONSTRATION CLASSES
BEGIN AT 6:30 PM ON THURSDAYS

Demonstration
Class Format:
- Students and teachers
gather over wine and an amuse bouche
- Seating is open, first
come first serve
- Handbooks filled with
all of the recipes and techniques will be distributed
- Water is provided
during class
- A complete meal is
demonstrated by one or more teachers, including a starter,
entrée, sides, and dessert
- Culinary Skills and
techniques are highlighted by teachers with some student
participation
- All classes include
a Petite Tutorial on wines with tasting
- Plus a Petite Tutorial
on cheese with tasting
- The full example meal
will be served buffet style with wine to all
- Class questions, comments
and sharing experience is avidly encouraged.

HANDS ON STYLE CLASSES BEGIN
AT 11AM ON SATURDAYS

- "Hands-on" classes simply means
you will be cooking too.
- Classes are limited to 12 students and fill quickly.
- Please bring an apron and a chef's utility knife
with you.
HANDS ON CLASS CURRICULUM:
THE BASICS CLASS
The curriculum is designed to cover the techniques
and theories needed to become a more skilled home-cook.
- Students and teachers gather
around the kitchen table for a planning meeting with champagne,
juice and an amuse bouche.
- A booklet of recipes and technique descriptions
is distributed and discussed
- Each of the students will
then cook a complete meal
- Meals are guided at all
times by two teachers and two aides.
- Students and teachers conclude
by returning to the table to enjoy their hard work and contribute
any questions or comments.
